Visualize

Visualize is a feature that takes the plain-text answers ChatGPT used to give and turns them into tables, timelines, or screens with buttons. It's similar to asking an assistant, "Instead of making me read this meeting note from start to finish, organize it into something like a bulletin board." A document that was once a wall of text comes back organized into sections like decisions made, schedules, and items still undecided.

If you don't like the screen you get, you can ask for it to be redrawn. Say something like "show this as a calendar" and the same content gets redrawn in calendar form. You can also ask for buttons to be added inside the screen, so that clicking one automatically triggers a follow-up question.

The finished screen can be saved as an image file or turned into a website link to send to a colleague. If you're someone who used to manually organize meeting notes into reports every time, this process can now be reduced to a few lines of conversation.
