Super Agent

A Super Agent isn't an AI limited to a single job in a company — it's more like an all-purpose assistant that moves across several departments' work by itself. What's usually called an AI agent handles one fixed task, like sorting emails or scheduling meetings. But when something is called a Super Agent, the emphasis is on its ability to judge for itself which task fits the situation — searching documents, reviewing legal matters, handling customer complaints — and, if needed, calling on other smaller tools or supporting programs to finish the job.

That said, the term doesn't have one fixed definition in the industry. It's often used as marketing language to introduce a powerful AI system that bundles many functions together, so how broad a range of tasks a given product actually handles, and how independently, varies from product to product. Having "Super" in the name doesn't mean it flawlessly handles everything without any human check — many are still designed so that people review important decisions.
