프랑스의 모델 개발사. 유럽 안에서 데이터를 처리하는 「주권 AI」를 내세운다. 대표 제품으로는 오픈웨이트 안전 분류기 쉴드스트랄(Shieldstral) 1.0 3B가 있으며, 2026년 8월 공개됐다. 같은 달 유럽 AI 주권을 명분으로 컴퓨트 연합을 구성하고 외부 모델까지 이 연합에 개방했다. 또한 유럽 서버에서 데이터를 처리하는 기능을 내놓았지만 에이전트 기능은 이 범위에서 빠졌다. 2026년 8월 보도된 유럽 AI 주권 논쟁에서는 미국산 모델에 유럽 우편번호만 붙이는 식의 대응이라는 지적도 제기됐다.
